I agree that divorce will be legalize in the Phillipines. Our ultimate goal in life is happiness.Why one should suffer if theres away to be happy. But doing this the couple must be responsible that they will not think of their individual happiness only but also their children. Is this for the happiness of all the members of the family? If it is, then go for it!
Preserving christian marriage is very important for us, filipinos, and since we are a christian community, I strongly disagree on legalizing divorce in the Philippines.
I disagree on the idea of legalizing divorce in the Philippines. This will only bring chaos to the community. as the saying goes, " do not make another mistake to cover the mistake you have done". Divorce, I think is not the right solution when the two persons engaged in marriage are not in good terms. They could try to talk and discuss things out.
Also, divorce may affect the emotional stability and attitude of both parties involve.
Before God, husband and wife promised to love each other in sickness and in health in poorer and richer.For me, since I promised to God that I wll love my husband in sickness and in health in poorer and richer, so, i will always love my husband forever and ever even if will dishonor our marriage. I dont want to legalize the divorce of marriage.

Since Philippines is a christian country, it is immoral for us to support on this idea because we are expoiting the sacredness of marriage.Divorce is not the solution on the problem of the couple, God has given us the heart and mind so we will use it for the goodness of one's family..

As a Christian and mother of four children,I'm not in favor of legalizing divorce in the Pilippines in the reason that theres a tendency that children will be abandoned and its against christianity.
i disagree in legalizing the divorce in our country because it can destroy a family and it can affect the marriage which is sacred...and especially this is against to the catholic church...

i am definitely against it.by legalizing divorce in the philippines we not only go against the sacred doctrine of the Catholic church, but we also send all the wrong messages to the generations of young Filipinos to come. by allowing people to break their vows and to enter into more marriages in life, do we not say that marriage is fickle? what would be the use then of this ceremony? our purpose in life is to please God, not ourselves.

ACTUALLY maam this is not my assignment,,.. yes maam I agree that divorce will be legalize in our country.We have the freedom to choose and Our sincerist goal in life is what we call happiness and all of us need it and why one suffer if theres away to be happy.for me not all situation will be recognized,example,in doing this the couple must not be a irresponsible that they will think of their each happiness only but also their children and so with their parents.If it is the happines of your family , then go for it!if you know it is right.
